Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our returns and refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Certain items are non-returnable, including custom-made clothing and final sale items.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Customized or altered products

To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Returns made after the 14-day window

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@easternlook.pk.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at info@easternlook.pk.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. If the gift giver had the item sent to themselves, we will process the refund to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

To return your item, please contact us for the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
